Refund and Returns Policy

We have a No Refund Policy – what we can do and are happy to do is to provide you with an exchange of item.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at Once an exchange request is received, one of our representatives from the Exchange Team will get in touch with you at the earliest in order to help you with the exchange process. In most cases, the customer is responsible for shipping his/her item back to our warehouse, after which we ship the article required in the exchange.

Exchanges will disptach every saturday from the warehouse once receipt is shared with us.

Please note that you have to notify the company within 5 days of getting the product. If not done so, the company can reject the exchange request, depending upon the situation.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to send us back the item you have, and notify us what is needed in by you exchange. Once approved, we will ship your exchange item(upon receiving the old item from your side).
